I have been on multiple cruises so far. I have been to Alaska, Hawaii, Caribbean, and Mexico (twice to different ports).
My life has been ridiculously difficult–too often. I learned that to stay healthy and productive we have to find things that make us happy and can change our perspective. I found that cruises offer the ideal solution to that!
I have written a book on overcoming adversity and one of the primary principles in it is finding things that bring joy to your life. I have developed some enrichment classes to help you live like you were taking these classes onboard a luxury cruise ship. I draw from my experience as a massage therapist, aromatherapist, and author. I also include some of my favorite hobbies. I believe you will find something that sparks your interest.
